Cupcakes are the new muffins. Press releases tell me that Magnolia Bakery in New York City sells 3,000 cupcakes per day, and with 32 different cupcake stores to compete with, you must admit those are fabulous figures.  This was something I wanted to know everything about so I set about learning all I could and after almost two years I am now ready to share my knowledge.

Class Cupcake is a class where I teach you all I know about cupcakes.  We will spend over two hours  in a luxurious penthouse in St Kilda decorating those sweet little works of art called Cupcakes.

I will show you decoration secrets and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.  You will take home at least half a dozen of your own creations.  I provide everything you need and I send you home with a goodie bag to get you started at home.  Recipes will also be provided for both batters and icing.

Class times are 6.30 to 9pm, Thursday nights.  Group bookings of 10 are able to choose alternate times and days besides the evening classes.
